VEGETARIAN LIFESTYLE

Vegetarian lifestyle is becoming increasingly popular. However, a vegetarian food is not just a matter of fashion, nor just a question of humanity and love of animals. A vegetarian food is primarily healthy.
The only problem is that vegetarian food can be deficient in nutrients that come from meat. So we have to find that substances in other sources. For example:
  •        Tofu - soy cheese, rich in minerals, calcium, vitamins and proteins and contains no cholesterol. It can be used in any healthy food recipe, combined with different foods.
  •    Chickpeas - rich in magnesium, iron, protein, calcium, copper…You can eat them raw as a snack, or you can process them by cooking.
  •    Oats - full of magnesium, protein, antioxidants.

There are a lot of foods that are rich in protein: avocado, beets, brown rice, etc.. Besides proteins they have many other nutritional substances healthy for your organism.
