Chicken with Yogurt and Mustard
(for two)
You need: Chicken fillet (300 g.), Non-fat yogurt (1 cup), mustard (1 tsp), curry spice (1 tsp), salt and pepper.
Preparation: Chicken fillet chop into cubes and fry it in a pan without adding fat. Pour the yogurt and mustard, add the spices and fry for another 5 minutes. Recommendation for the dish: cooked brown rice or salad.

Boiled cabbage
(for 6 persons)

need: Cabbage (1 head), onion (2 heads),
tomato juice (2 dl), beef (600 gr.), spices (salt, pepper, parsley)
Preparation: Onion fry with a little oil. Add meat, cut into cubes, and cook all together until the meat is tender. Then add the chopped cabbage. Add the water, so that all the cabbage is covered
with water. Cook until cabbage is tender. Finally add the tomato juice and spices.
Recommendation: Instead of beef you can use chicken or sausage. Healthy vegetarian version of this recipe prepare in the same way, but without the meat. Enjoy!

Stew with mushrooms
(for two)
You need: Fresh mushrooms (400 g.), Onion (1 head), carrots (1 large), tomato juice (2 dl), a little oil, spices (pepper, salt, paprika, bay leaf).
Preparation: Onion fry in a little oil. When onion become golden brown, add a large chopped mushrooms. When the mushrooms soften, place the spices and tomatoes. Cook for another 15 minutes.
Recommendation: Serve with cooked brown rice, potatoes or salad.
