FOOD PYRAMID

The key to proper nutrition is to combine a variety of foods. It is important to include all of the nutrients: Cereals, rice, bread, fruitsvegetables, milk, meat, fish, eggs, fats, oils and sweets.
Proper nutrition can be presented with pyramid:

Higher floors have less surface area of the pyramid, so the food that is displayed in them should be taken in small quantities, and the lower floors vice versa.
The food in pyramid is grouped into six groups and assigned to four levels. According to the importance and the need to consume, food is distributed in the following way:
   1. Cereals, rice, bread, pasta
   2. Fruit
   3. Vegetables
   4. Milk
   5. Meat, fish and eggs
   6. Fats, oils and sweets

Cereals, rice and brad take the first place, and they are the most desirable foods. Fats and sweets are on the  sixth, last  place.
This food guide pyramid can be very useful, and we can have a balanced diet following the food pyramid  rules.
