HEALTH ON YOUR PLATE

Modern life style doesn't give us enough time, neither enough chances to eat healthy food and for Meal Planning. But when we better think over, we will realize that it is just an excuse. Anyone who really wants to be healthier and happier, to look good and to have a lot of energy for everyday obligations, can improve his life, and feel great. He neads just some will, little time and useful advices.
Many will say that it is difficult to be constantly careful about food quality, to constantly try to eat the healthies foods,  and that it can be very frustrating when we avoid our favorite food. That is true, this constantly disclaimer can be very stressful, and also can lead to overeating. Whoever was on a diet, knows that feeling. Many diets are restrictive and can seriously threaten your health.Therefore we will never talk about diets, or calorie counter, or low cholesterol meals on this pages! Our goal is not to starve, to be constantly careful about what we eat, or to feel dizzy with hunger. Our goal is not to lose weight, and than grow fat again in a month, so that our effort can be for nothing. Our goal is to be slender, happy and healthy till the rest of life! Positive psychology can be crucial for achieving this goal.
Food on our plate determine our life style. Healthy meals can determine our personality. Well-known writer Meša Selimović said: „Reasonable person eats to stay alive, and crazy person lives only to eat and grow fat“. For that reason, before we put anything on our plate, we should think about next questions: Is that food useful for our health? Shall we be full-fed after we eat that food? Shall we be slimmer? Shall we be happier if we eat that? If the answers to this questions are positive, go ahead, have a good lunch. If the answers are negative, we should consider our alternatives.
Once when you start to deal whit yourselves and healthy food ideas, you will keep that habit till the rest of your lifes. You will never let your plate to be loaded with fast food again, and you will never despair again because you can't wear your favorite jeans. Your health and happiness are on your pale, and that is true, no matter how banal that sounds.
