The fact is that women are more preoccupied with kilograms and looks than men. They are constantly looking for ways to lose weight fast. Therefore, there are many diets for women. Also there are many attractive diets.
One of very attractive diets is the “Ice cream diet”.
This diet is great for those who
love ice cream, but it does not mean that we can eat ice cream unlimited. Diet means that we can eat some ice cream, a small bowl of day. Ice cream should be low-fat
ice cream that has 125 calories or less
per serving or in
a bowl.
Here is an example of ice cream diet menus:
Breakfast:
One cup of cereal-covered with a
teaspoon of sugar, one cup of blueberries and one cup of low fat milk.
Lunch:
Sandwich with two
slices of whole grain bread, a piece of lettuce and
75 g of tuna. If desired, add the slices
of tomato.
Snack:
A
cup of
low fat milk and a
fruit.
Dinner:
A big slice of pizza
with cheese and mixed salad.
Dessert:
One bowl of ice cream.
This diet
allows you to
lose about 2 pounds of weight
for one week.
The ice cream diet, like any other, requires a controlled calorie
intake and physical activity.
