FOOD AND HEALTH AS A WAY OF HAPPINESS

The time that we devote to ourselves, our health, our hedonism, positive psychology, and important little things, determine our personality.
Food that we eat,  physical activity, personal hygiene, stresses, efforts determine our life style, and directly affect our happiness. Modern life style impose attitude that money and profit is the key to happiness. But that is illusion.
We have to agree that most people think that they don't deserve happiness. That is not true, everyone deserves to be happy, but some people does not know how to reach happiness. Positive psychology is very useful here. For start, they have to ask themselves what makes them happy. Every person have to know his goals, otherwise he wont be able to achieve that goals. There are goals as many as there are people, there are happiness as much as there are people, but there are sadness as much as we are ready to accept.
„All my mistakes have happened when i said yes, and i wanted to say no.“
So, if we  say „yes“ to happiness, we will start to go to our happiness.
Also, we have to agree that our health is the most important segment of our happiness. So, healthy life is our goal to achieve.
So now we can say that food is a source of healthy life and happiness. Once when we learn to live healthy, in harmony with ourselves and nature, happiness is guaranteed in every field. Happy man can earn money, find love, have successful career. We all know that, but we don't know how to make that work, or we are not brave enough.

On this pages, we will have opportunity to discuss that, to learn from some others experiences, and to find our unimagend potentials.
