HELTHY KIDS - HEALTHY FEATURE

Food for children must be carefully selected and prepared. We know how proper and healthy food is important in the period of growth and development.

Children's meals should contain adequate nutritional value and calorie intake that will meet their needs. Even at a young age children create the proper or improper attitude towards food. If one person learns to eat healthy in childhood, he will keep that habit until his death. Kids love snacks, sandwiches and sweets. Why wouldn’t we offer them healthy snacks, healthy sandwiches and healthy candy?
It would be best to involve children in food preparation. When we cook healthy food with pleasure, in front of our children, they will adopt this model and they will be lucky to take part in creating something useful and creative.

Here we will talk about how to make a meal for child to take to school. Preparing meals at home will insure that the child will avoid buying junk food. A few ideas for healthy meals:


- Tuna sandwich,
- Sandwich with turkey,
- Integrated bun with cheese,
- Sandwich with peanut butter.
  Overflow with ketchup or mustard, avoid mayonnaise. Pack your child a piece of fruit, muesli plate or carrots.
