Atkins diet is known as diet without carbs or protein diet. It is based on carb free foods. This means that the preferred foods are foods with protein.
The diet consists
of three phases:
PHASE I

PHASE IV
Maintain existing reduced weight.

does not consider intake of
vitamins and minerals, it is recommended
