DIETS THAT WORK


We are constantly trying to find diets that work, that are not demanding and that are short runs. Top picks are fast diets that work. They last for a few days and allow weight loss very easily.
Among the most popular diets is the " Fast 3 days " diet. This diet is not the healthiest or most recommended because it requires great sacrifice. That is why it should last only three days. Also, allows quickly losing weight, 2 to 3 pounds in a short time.
 After this three days we can easily retrieve the lost weight. Therefore, it is necessary to change our feeding completely. Reduce or remove from eating everything that was contributed to the increase in body weight (mostly sweets, fat meals and of course a lot of bread). And we'll need to exercise more.




This is fast 3 days diet by days:
DAY 1

     breakfast:

     black coffee or tea (slightly sweetened)
     1/2 grapefruit
     1 slice of toast
     1 tablespoon peanut butter

     lunch:
     1/2 cup of tuna
     1 slice of toast
     Coffee or tea (slightly sweetened) or water

     dinner:
     100 g of boiled lean meat (any)
     1 cup cooked green beans
     1 cup of carrots
     1 cup vanilla ice cream
     1 apple
     Coffee or tea (slightly sweetened) or water

DAY 2

     breakfast:

     black coffee or tea (slightly sweetened)
     1 boiled egg
     1 slice of toast1 banana

     lunch:
     1 cup low-fat cheese
     1 slice of toast
     Coffee or tea (slightly sweetened) or water

     dinner:
     2 hot dogs
     1/2 cup of carrots
     1 cup steamed brokulija
     1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
     Coffee or tea (slightly sweetened) or water

DAY 3

     breakfast:

     black coffee or tea (slightly sweetened)
     slice of fresh cheese
     1 slice of toast
     1 apple

     lunch:
     1 hard-boiled egg
     1 slice of toast
     Coffee or tea (slightly sweetened) or water

     dinner:
     1 cup of tuna
     1 cup of carrots
     1 cup of cauliflower
     1 cup of fresh fruit
     1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
     Coffee or tea (slightly sweetened) or water


In Fast 3 day diet some foods can be replaced with another:

     - Orange instead of Grapefruit
     - Yogurt instead of ice cream
     - Green beans instead of Broccoli
     - Cauliflower instead of broccoli
     - Beet instead carrot
