RAW FOOD RECIPES


More and more we hear about how the raw, unprocessed food is healthier. The fact is that the heat treatment and the addition of fats destroys the nutrients in food.

However, the main question is whether the raw meals are tasty and attractive food. At the present time, when many people do not have much time or opportunity to enjoy life, it is unlikely that people will choose to eat tasteless food. However, there are many healthy living recipes, raw food recipes that you can use to make delicious meals. 


It is very likely that these recipes are the healthy recipes for weight loss. So that you can accomplish two goals at once: healthy living and weight loss.
It is important to combine various food. Cereals, fruits and vegetables play a major role.

For example, mash the banana, grate the apple, add a few spoons of oats or barley, a few spoons of walnuts or hazelnuts and mix it all. This can be very healthy and nutritious meal, and the most important, it is very delicious meal.
