GRAPEFRUIT DIET

There are many good diets, but it is important to find the right one for us. There are many diet tips and advices about how to lose weight, but the most important is to adjust diet to ourselves, our needs and lifestyle.

One of the interesting diets, that is not too heavy, is a grapefruit diet. This diet involves drinking grapefruit juice or eating half a grapefruit with each meal. This diet is healthy and is not difficult, but requires a continuous reduction of food that you eat. It is believed that the juice of this fruit contains enzymes that dissolve fat.


But this diet is debatable. Its effectiveness is not fully proven. For healthy weight loss it is still necessary to change many habits and above all to increase physical activity.
